What data we collect

This website only collects personal data that users voluntarily provide by filling in the contact form on the "Contact" page: name, email address and the content of the message.

The site does not use profiling cookies, does not install advertising tracking tools, and does not carry out statistical traffic analysis. The fonts used for the design are hosted directly on this site and are not loaded from external servers.

Purpose and legal basis

Data entered in the contact form is processed solely to respond to the user's request (production proposals, booking, press enquiries or teaching engagements). The legal basis for processing is the consent given by the user upon submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

How messages are handled

The contact form is processed by the external service Web3Forms, which receives the message and forwards it by email to info@giorgiosangati.it, without permanently storing it on its own servers. Web3Forms acts as a data processor for this single operation. More information is available in Web3Forms' privacy policy.

The site is hosted on Netlify, which, like any hosting provider, automatically logs technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested) for the time strictly necessary for the security and operation of the service.

Data retention

Data submitted through the contact form is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request and reply, and is subsequently deleted or archived only where required for administrative or legal purposes.

Data subject rights

At any time, users may request access to their data, its rectification or erasure, or a restriction of or objection to its processing, by writing to info@giorgiosangati.it. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) at garanteprivacy.it.
